These rules and regulations may be changed at any time without prior warning, at our sole discretion. In short, we own this web site and whatever we say goes at all times, though of course we are fair-minded and will not censor anyone merely for disagreeing with others' viewpoints. But if you find that you simply cannot abide by our rules, you are of course free to seek other avenues of self-expression located elsewhere on the Internet.
